Qualitest is hiring a Test Techno-Functional Lead for a hybrid position in Vancouver, BC. This full-time role offers flexibility to work hybrid and the opportunity to collaborate with top industry professionals.

 

As a Techno-Functional Lead, you will oversee automation efforts, promote DevOps adoption, and advocate for shift-left testing in an agile environment. You will lead complex automation initiatives and work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions in eCommerce or POS domains. This high-impact role will allow you to drive QE transformations and influence global change.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Champion BDD frameworks, CI practices, and cloud technologies. Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver tailored technical solutions. Drive QE transformation and implement shift-left testing. Ensure client satisfaction and success in managed services.

 

Key Attributes:

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Deep technical expertise and business acumen. Proven success in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

 

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Selenium/Java or Playwright/Java for test automation. Proficiency in API testing with Rest Assured. Familiarity with eCommerce or POS systems. Knowledge of DevOps and automation frameworks.
