Job Description: Manual QA Engineer with Documentation Expertise

**Position:** Manual QA Engineer (6+ Years of Experience)  

**Job Summary:**  
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer with 6+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will not only excel in testing and ensuring the quality of software products but also contribute to creating and maintaining comprehensive product documentation. This dual-role position requires a proactive individual who can collaborate across teams to enhance both product quality and user understanding.  

**Key Responsibilities:**  

1. **Quality Assurance:**  
   - Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for manual testing of web applications.  
   - Identify, document, and track bugs using project management and tracking tools (e.g., Jira).      - Perform regression, functional, usability, and exploratory testing.  
   - Validate software against business and technical requirements.  
   - Collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution of issues.  

2. **Collaboration and Communication:**  
   - Work as a bridge between QA, development, and product teams to ensure a seamless understanding of product requirements and quality benchmarks.  
   - Provide insights to improve software usability and suggest enhancements.      - Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support end-users during testing phases.  

3. **Process Improvement:**  
   - Continuously refine and improve QA methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency.  
   - Share feedback on improving product usability and robustness.  

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**  
- **Experience:** 6+ years in manual software testing with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products.  
- **Documentation Skills:** Strong ability to write, edit, and organize technical and user-focused documentation.   - **Tools Expertise:** Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar bug tracking and documentation tools.  
- **Testing Knowledge:** Hands-on experience in testing web applications across different platforms and browsers.  
- **Soft Skills:** Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.  
- **Communication:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  
- **Bonus:** Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., Selenium) or experience working in Agile environments.
