About the Role
[팀 소개]영업개발팀은 GA 보험영업에서 중요한 가망고객발굴 및 시장확대를 위한 DB개발 및 공급을 주로 담당하며, 그밖에 영업현장 지원을 위한 다양한 영업 마케팅 Tool을 개발하고 있습니다.
[주요 업무]
1. 매체별 DB 배분 운영 실무
- DB사용인 모집 안내 및 DB사용인 효율평가에 따른 수량 조절
- 매체별 DB유입수량 및 배분현황 업데이트
- 매체별 DB 운영에 따른 기타 업무 ( 사은품 접수, Pilot DB 운영 등)
2. DB 효율 분석
- DB통계 작업 (월마감수량/사용자분석/기타현황 등등)
- 매체별 DB 체결율 분석 (당월/3개월/누적)
- 전월 사용 DB 과금 정산(MP 수수료 반영 및 환급)
3. DB관련 기타업무
- DB활용교육 관련 교육지원
- 현장 문의사항 응대 및 CS처리
- DB환경 개선을 위한 현장소통
[자격요건]
- DB 운영실무 3년 이상 경력
- 기본적인 문서작성 능력
- 엑셀 중급 이상 보유자
- DB 운영실무 경험자
[근무조건]
- 고용형태: 정규직
- 급여 및 복지조건 : 회사 내규에 따름
- 근무지역 : 서울 중구 통일로2길 16, AIA타워
