[팀 소개]영업교육팀은 영업조직을 대상으로 육성, 발굴, 성장을 위한 교육 프로그램 운영과 상품 판매 증대를 위한 다양한 컨텐츠 제공 등 AIA 프리미어파트너스의 사업 목표를 실현시키기 위한 교육 & 상품 관련 업무를 담당합니다.

AIAPP 교육 프로그램을 운영/관리하여 교육 목표 달성에 기여한다.

1. 교육 프로그램 운영 및 관리
영업조직 대상 정기/비정기 교육
월별 교육 운영 현황 및 교육 결과 보고
2. 교육 컨텐츠 개발 및 홍보
교육 자료 검토 및 준법감시 업무 협업
AIA생명 유관 부서와 업무 협업 등
3. 찾아가는 현장 교육 지원
4. 교육 전산 시스템 관리
