Job Description

We’re looking for Test Leader to be part of our lean operation team of talents in Bosch Digital!

We are seeking for a candidate with a strong technical background in testing and automation test, good product mindset, and proven leadership capabilities to lead our testing processes and ensure the highest quality of the product before release.

You will be responsible for overseeing the testing of our global platform, which supports a user base of over 400,000 users. Your role will involve managing a team of testers, setting up testing processes, and ensuring the quality of our platform for each release.Set up efficient testing processes and lead the testing process for a high complex global platform supporting over 400,000 users to ensure the highest quality of our product.Develop and implement test plans, including penetration testing, regression testing, integration test, automation testing, load testing, stress testing, etc.Collaborate with product teams and develop test plan to ensure product quality before release.Strong experiences requirement Traceability Matrix (mapping stories to test cases)High experiences in defect analysis, prioritizationManage a team of testers and build up their competency and alignment with testing goals.Coordinate with developers and other stakeholders to address issues and improve product performance and quality improvement.Stay updated on the latest testing tools and technologies to enhance testing processes such as TestSigma

QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.7+ years of experience in testing large-scale platforms with millions of users.Experience in automation testing, functional testing, and performance testing.Knowledge in various types of testing, including penetration testing,Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of testers.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams globally.Proven track record of implementing efficient testing processes and improving product quality.Certification in testing (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
