BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

*** Tasks & Accountabilities

Professional Excellence Target Responsible (PETa) as well as Business Target Responsible (BuTa) for all LOT (Lean Operation Team) Members allocated to the given LOT (new RB/GF101)

As lean and efficiency expert

 

Take responsibility for commercial and financial target achievement on LOT levelE2E responsibility for respective product/service/process within LOTDrive standardization and optimization of process flow and outcome generation measured against benchmark with a clear focus on efficiency and scalabilityEnsure service agreements are fulfilledSet and own quarterly LOT objectives and key results (optional)

As people developer

Take responsibility for managing the capacity and skillset of LOT members, ensure load balancingEnsure necessary resources are available at the required skill level; manage recruiting/upskilling activitiesLead LOT member and ensure their continuous developmentEnsure excellent onboarding experience for newcomers and talent retentionCreate an open and inspiring environment for learning and innovation

As communicator

Foster exchange and knowledge transfer within LOT and across other relevant LOTs in order to share best practicesDrive collaboration and synchronization with other relevant teamsActively promote and drive lean ways of working

Qualifications

*** Experience & Know-How 

3-6 years of leadership experience (e.g., project management, line management, etc.) in the IT or software industry (comprising a focus on technology and business) preferably with financial business responsibilityExperience and expertise in LOT's area of competenceProfound understanding in lean and efficient business and IT practices, processes and standards in the respective area of expertiseKnow-how in automation of processes and tasksExperience in working in an environment with lean and efficient methodologies
