[Chubb Life] Director, Agency Planning Analytics & Quality Assurance

Position Objective 

The position is responsible for overseeing and managing the planning and quality assurance processes within the agency distribution. They play a crucial role in ensuring that the agency distribution channel are well-planned, executed efficiently, and smeet high quality standards.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

Formulate and implement strategies for agency distribution to attaining key performance indicator (KPI) targets, encompassing sales, productivity, costs, and workforce expansion, all while staying within budget. Moreover, accomplish other agent sales quality metrics, such as activity rate, retention rate, persistence rate, etc.  Establishing strategic goals and objectives that align with the agency's mission and vision. Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to identify potential growth opportunities. Establishing performance metrics and milestones to monitor progress toward the goals and objectives. Evaluating and adjusting the agency's strategies and action plans based on feedback, results, and changing circumstances. Allocating resources, such as budget, personnel, and technology, to support the implementation of the strategies and action plans. Developing and implementing a quality assurance process to assess and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the agency's operations. Leading a team of planning and quality assurance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their professional development and optimal performance. Develop and manage budgets to ensure profitability and successful execution of strategic plans. Monitor financial performance against goals, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address any gaps. Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the agency's planning team. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that promotes professional growth and development. Set performance expectations and provide regular feedback to ensure the team's success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, account management, and analytics, to develop integrated strategies. Effectively communicate strategic plans and initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding. Leading the projects/ initiatives to continue to strive with efficiency and effectiveness towards company’s growth. Strategize process improvements, monitoring risk-management procedures and reporting problems to Chief Agency Officer and BOD Other tasks assigned by Line Manager Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred) Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning or agency management Proven track record of driving growth and profitability through strategic planning initiatives Strong understanding of advertising and marketing industry trends and best practices Excellent leadership and team management skills Exceptional communication and presentation skills Strong financial management and budgeting acumen Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Proficient in using data and analytics to drive strategic decision-making Chubb Value alignment – Integrity, Client Focus, Respect, Teamwork, Excellence
