Position Objective:

Take charge of design & develop all training materials related to sales skill from basic to advance, TTT & Certify trainer for these training program Increase training attendance ratio

Responsibilities: 

Take responsibility for design, develop and handover training programs for all distribution sales force (especially for GA/FTA Channel),  Responsibility for TTT & Certify Distribution Trainers about Licensing, Product & Skill Training Course Cooperate with expert/consultant to design and develop related training programs  Participate in suggestions for improvement and development of training programs as well as training department  Participate in post-training effectiveness analysis of training solutions  Perform other tasks / projects assigned by Line Manager

Requirements:

- Bachelor with relevant majors, eg: Finance – Banking, Insurance, Actuarial, Education Management, Education Quality Management, IT…, Master degree

- At least 1 - 2 years’ experience in Training Design & Development

- Proficient in of design training content, develop training materials and tools

- Experienced design & deliver training roadmap for GA/FTA Channel is a plus

- Designing exercises and activities that enhance the learning process 

- Good commands of English to adapt regional content to Vietnam
