[Chubb Life] Supervisor, Compensation & Benefits

Position Objective:

The position objective is to effectively manage payroll activities, perform HR budget planning, coordinate headcount planning, and conduct workforce analysis using HR data. This includes ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, adherence to budget plans, and compliance with regulations. The goal is to provide insightful analysis of HR data to support decision-making, optimize workforce planning, and enhance organizational effectiveness. The position also entails continuous process improvement, risk mitigation, and fostering collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams.

 

Responsibilities: 

Payroll & Operations:

Manage payroll activities including administration of payroll-related systems & accounting. Monitor budget and personnel cost within plan. Administrate annual planning activities monthly for headcount plan and personnel cost forecast. Collect and analyze HR data from various sources to prepare analytical, statistical reports for decision making support. Prepare presentation and executive papers as required. Administrate and coordinate with HR Team Leads to manage compliance and risk governance. Administrate and test HR system settings and enhancement to stay in compliance and support HR strategies. Build and review operating procedures and employee handbook in handling C&B administrative activities. Conduct audit/sense checks on operational activities to identify any process gaps and risk issues. Provide C&B related simple advisory and HR services as per employee requests/queries according to HR Operating Model and maintain superior employee experience. Maintain excellent compliance, governance, privacy and confidentiality standards in handling HR information.

Others:

Manage self-performance to achieve business priorities, targets and enhance HR service delivery. Demonstrate self-awareness and self-control of behaviors which align with business strategies & requirements and corporate's culture & core values. Complete other ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree Prefer candidates with background and great interest in Compensation & Benefits, having knowledge of Vietnam laws on employment, tax, and social/health/unemployment insurance (SHUI) High level of emotional maturity, compliance, integrity, team player and collaboration High sense of accountability, tidiness/being organized, growth/open mindset and result orientation Attention to details, interest in data and analytics Can manage multiple projects and initiatives and deliver work on time Good skills in Microsoft Excel (incl. Chart, Pivot Tables, Forms) and Words (incl. Mail Merge, Forms) Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English
