XC-CE Business Unitの製品において、Globalなチーム と協力しながら、JOEM向けのプロジェクト管理を担当頂きます.

(製品 : Central Gateways, Zone ECUs, HPC, Keyless System, Powernet solution)

プロジェクトのEBIT目標を達成するプロジェクトのあらゆる側面において、最初の顧客連絡先となるEBITを確保の上、品質、スケジュール、製品コストの目標を達成するプロジェクトの予算管理Quality Gate Check を実施し、プロセス適合性の調査結果に対応するプロジェクト組織のセットアップと維持のため、コミュニケーションとレポートをするプロジェクトの定義された範囲内でプロジェクトメンバー、サブプロジェクト、スペシャリストチームをリードするリスク管理を行う関連するすべてのプロジェクトドメインの調整を行うプロジェクトのリソースを計画するプロジェクトメンバーのGPDの中のトレーニングニーズの定義に助言するプロジェクトの状況をSteering Communityに報告する
 

You will be responsible for project management towards JOEM,  for products within XC-CE Business Unit, collaborating with global teams.
(Products : Central Gateways, Zone ECUs, HPC, Keyless System, Powernet solution)

Reach EBIT target of the projectFirst customer contact for all project aspectsReach targets for quality, schedule and product costs to ensure EBITproject budgetOrganize and conduct QGCs, reacts on Process Conformance findingsSet up and maintenance of a project organization with defined communication and reportingLead the project members and the sub projects and the specialist teams within the defined range of the projectCoordinate Change managementRisk ManagementCoordination of all relevant project domainsResources planning for the projectContribution to the definition of training needs of the project members for the GPD.Report project status to steering committee

Qualifications

必要な経験・スキル

工学修士　(Computer science / IT / Electronics / Communications / Electrical / Mechanical ))自動車業界での勤務経験　(10 年以上)日本語・英語でのコミュニケーションスキル
（英語：TOEIC 650以上・ビジネスレベル　, 日本語 : N2以上あるいはそれ相当の能力）プレゼンテーションスキル＆ネゴシエーションスキルチームワークが得意な方プロジェクトリーダー又はプロジェクトマネージャーのご経験(5 年以上）

有れば望ましい経験・スキル

海外のチームとの職務経験PMO Certification あるいはそれ相当の経験
 

Required Experience & Skills:

Master's degree in Engineering (fields such as Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Communications, Electrical, or Mechanical).Over 10 years of work experience in the automotive industry.Proficiency in communication in both Japanese and English:English: Business level with a TOEIC score of 650 or above.Japanese: Equivalent to JLPT N2 or higher.Strong presentation and negotiation skills.Excellent teamwork abilities.Over 5 years of experience as a project leader or project manager.

Preferred Experience & Skills:

Working experience with overseas teams.PMO certification or equivalent experience.
