Introduction to the job
This position will be responsible for supporting all Cymer Korea Factory and Warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, material handling, and inventory control.
The candidate will be responsible for order fulfillment actions executing the receipt, verification, organization of kitting parts, systematic transactions and physical movement of all material in and out of the work center. Organize and handle a variety of departmental quality audits including monitoring accuracy and completeness of work. Champions safety, quality and productivity within the work center. Participates in processing of work orders in with quality, accuracy and timeliness. Aids with process improvement efforts. Assist various internal department and planners with expediting work center inventory escalations. Assist with plans, schedules and monitors the availability of material in the work center. Audits to insure quality controls are in place for work integrity. Coordinates the efficient movement of materials in and out of the work center.
Role and Responsibilities
Completes daily work activities of order processing and conduct physical material movements and transactions within the operation work center.Responsible for managing overall physical & oracle inventory control processes while assisting with root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies by coordinating with cross functional peers such as production and warehouse.Conduct daily cycle counts of inventory.Responsible for managing each parts inventory according to demand plan and closely communicating with planner to avoid parts shortage issue.Take care of safety yourself during the work or given the working environment and following the safety regulation & rule by EHS guide line.Escalate issues clearly and in a timely manner via written and verbal communication.Process development and continuous improvement initiatives within the work center.Receives and audits incoming materials.Expedites/communicates missing or quality issues within the work center.Files documentation in accordance with department procedures.Performs other duties as assigned.Education and experience
High school diploma or Associate Degree preferred.More than 2 years related experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or distribution.Available to use Operation System (Oracle or other ERP system)Proficient with Word, Outlook and Teams. Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint a plus.Must be able to read and interpret data, information, and documents in EnglishPreferred Certification : 보세사 (Bonded goods caretaker)Skills
