Introduction to the job

This position will be responsible for managing in & out all of the raw materials and products including shipping and inventory management.

Role and Responsibilities

• Completes daily work activities of order processing and conduct physical material movements and transactions.

• Load and unload the finished goods, WIP, raw materials, etc.

• Packages, wraps, confirms materials approved for shipping.

• Apply optimal work methods to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of shipping operations.

• Create and manage work to ensure all shift requirements are adequately covered to complete work within established timeframes.

• Responsible for managing overall physical & oracle inventory control processes while assisting with root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies by coordinating with cross functional peers and 3PL warehouse.

•  Contribute to the safety and security of the work center, for employees, material and Material Handling Equipment (forklift, pallet jack and others).

• Maintain and adjust space layout plans, as needed

• Take care of safety yourself during the work or given the working environment and following the safety regulation & rule by EHS guide line.

• Process development and continuous improvement initiatives within the work center.

• Receives and audits incoming materials.

• Conduct daily cycle counts of inventory.

• Processes materials to return to warehouse, supplier/vendor etc.

• Expedites/communicates missing or quality issues within the work center.

•  Files documentation in accordance with department procedures.

• Ensure work instructions followed and being utilized.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and experience

• Experience operating ‘Powered Industrial Equipment’ including forklifts and pallet jacks

(지게차 면허증 or 지게차 운전 경험)

• Preferred Certification :Bonded goods caretaker (보세사)

• High school diploma or Associate degree in relevant field

• More than 2 years related experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or distribution.

• Oracle, other ERP system, Business Objects, Power BI and SharePoint experience strongly preferred.

• Proficient with Word, Outlook and Teams. Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint a plus.

Skills

• Requires working knowledge of operations and inventory.

• Requires ability to understand existing processes and work instructions.

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced working environment.

• Knowledge of order fulfillment, cycle counting, quality audits, material receipts.

• Ability to complete assignments with attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.

• Proven ability to perform effectively in a demanding environment with changing workloads.

• Identifies bottlenecks and drives improvements

• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
