Job Description

As a part Bosch group, our responsibility is to develop the Software for Engine Control Unit which is supplying for the world-wide OEM (Europe, Japan, Korea, ...).

 

We are looking for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager who, along with our excellent software development team, will be responsible for analyzing requirements from customer and manage development of same with support from development team. You will be the interface to customers and responsible for managing the project schedule and deliverables within defined Quality - Cost - Delivery.

Job Description:

Responsible for the software with respect to the aspects "on time", "on spec/quality" and "on budget"Responsible for all the activities regarding SW System Design and SW Project DevelopmentRegistration, scheduling, ordering and tracking of requirements and their implementationMake decisions within approved working area based on work breakdown structure, capacity and efforts.Escalate decision needs beyond working area to the relevant stakeholders or customer project if necessary.Planning and tracking of quality assurance measures and metrics in the sub-projectPlanning and monitoring of the project specific HW resources consumptionBaselining for further developments in the projectECU SW documentation as well as freeze and archival of the developed SW productsMeasurement, documentation and monitoring of the ECU resources consumptionCreation of SW for the plant and delivery to the calibrationSupports the ECU project manager while evaluating the functionality of the entire system with respect to the objectives of the ECU projectAnalysis and evaluation of risks for the SW Sub-ProjectCo-ordination of the SW team in case of necessary support for SW start up in vehicle, expeditions as well as for error analysisTracking of new requirements for automatic and manual integration testsQuotations on the basis of an RFQ or an internal specification for the SW Sub-Project (estimation of capacity and costs, rough scheduling, ECU resources estimation)Participation in Problem Resolution Management (identification, recording, analyzing, implementation, track to closure, monitoring.

 

Qualifications

Mandatory Skills:

5 - 7 years of experience in embedded SW development using C/C++At least 5 years of experience in Project ManagementKnowledge of micro-controller and microprocessorsUnderstand SW Development lifecycleExcellent English verbal and written communication skillsBachelor of Engineering (Computer Science/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Telecommunication)

Desirable Skills:

Experience on ASPICE, AUTOSAR, ISO26262, ...Experience on Product/SW Development following V-Model/Water-fall, ...Experience on CAN, LIN, Flex-ray
