The Assistant Director of Food Beverage is responsible to function as the Assistant Business Manager and Assistant Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department, and to ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable.

Experience Education:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Food Beverage operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., FB Manager, Restaurant General Manager, or Director of FB in a smaller property).Experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or high-end hospitality brands is preferred.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.Skills Competencies:
Leadership Management: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams across multiple FB outlets, ensuring high performance and guest satisfaction.Operational Excellence: Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost control skills, with a deep understanding of PL management, labor costs, and inventory control.Guest Experience Service Standards: Expertise in delivering world-class service, managing VIP guests, and upholding brand standards.Concept Development Innovation: Ability to develop new concepts, menus, and promotions that align with market trends and the Grand Hyatt brand.Banquet Event Operations: Strong experience with large-scale banquet operations, weddings, and corporate events.Beverage Culinary Knowledge: Understanding of wine, spirits, cocktails, and global cuisine trends.Compliance Safety: Knowledge of local health, safety, and labor laws, including HACCP standards.Language Skills: Fluency in English and Korean is preferred.Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with POS systems, reservations software, and digital marketing trends in FB.Key Responsibilities:
