Job DescriptionJob Overview
As an S/4 Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP S/4HANA system. You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements to optimize system performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP S/4HANA and possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA system, including troubleshooting issues and resolving tickets in a timely manner.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and implement solutions to meet business needs.
· Perform testing and documentation for enhancements, upgrades, and patches.
· Monitor system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, recommending and implementing solutions as needed.
· Create documentation to support end-users in utilizing the SAP S/4HANA system effectively.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and best practices to ensure continuous improvement of the system.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance & Accounting, Commerce, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA support or implementation.Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules and functionalities, including Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus.Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Solution Manager, and other SAP tools and technologies is preferred.Additional InformationWhy BOSCH?
