Job Description

1.1. Learning & Development

Coordinating new hire orientations (materials, logistics, training attendance record…).Coordinating in the delivery of training and development programsCoordinating in gathering employees’ feedback about training effectiveness

1.2. Talent Acquisition

Supporting to recruit Intern positionsAssist in job fair, career day or related recruitment events.Assist in employer branding activities/ initiatives.

1.3. Other roles

Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.Conducting market research where necessary.Assist in employee engagement activities.Assist in preparing HR reports (weekly/ monthly) as required.Assist in performing HR projects as required.

QualificationsFresh graduate with majors/concentrations in HR Management, Organizational Development, business administration, or related fields. (final-year student who is able to work full-time is also considerable).Can submit recommendation letter from universityGood command of English, both verbal communication and writtenAbility to use design/video making tools: Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop,... Ability to show effective use of analytics and dataStrong bias for actionAbility to adapt well to fast-paced environments with high growth and ambiguity
