1. Supporting Talent Management activities and arrangements.

2. Assisting with the implementation and coordination of the SL3 Talent Development Program.

3. Providing support for LEAD events.

4. Assisting the Talent Management Team in liaising with internal and external parties to prepare for TM programs.
