Business Partner: To Drive Business Outcome Through Improving the Loop of Processes Between Strategy Development and Execution

1. "Thought Partner" to BU (Leadership)

Work with BU on brand/marketing strategy.Good understanding of Business Plan, Brand Strategy and other relevant information.Attendance of relevant meetings and summary of strength and improvement points.Regular 1:1s with BU Lead, Sen Dir, and Dir, actively proposing support based on internal CE discussions.

2. "Analytical Challenger"

Good understanding of brand performance analytics, market research findings, and insights as well as sales activity performance metrics AND communicating that well to BU (Leadership).Complementing the analytics and market reports with own experience of field and customer engagement and feedback.Identifying improvement areas and proposing relevant CE initiatives to support BU strategy evolvement.

3. Orchestrator of People and Resources

Support execution of the (brand/marketing) strategy in Sales/in the Field.Internal CE discussion: Ensuring BU strategy/situations are appropriately considered in CE projects and proposing how to support BU from CE side.Provide (additional) data and insights to BU as helpful to successfully deliver on projects and strategy.Leveraging capabilities and experiences from outside Japan as needed and helpful.

4. BU/CE Collaboration, Leading the Change, and Project Management

Keep an up-to-date comprehensive view of strategic initiatives relevant to the specific BU and provide PM support to critical BU initiatives/projectsOrchestrate across CE teams to ensure consistency of approach/message to address BU needs lead CE team communications with BU.Support management of key governance bodies drive alignment/collaboration BU/CEOverall, contribute to driving CE culture and way of working.

The area of BU you will be in charge will be decided based on your experience and result of interview.
