Job DescriptionCoordinate with Global Accounting Service team to cross check and follow up Payment requisition to process.Archive documents: filling documents, Debit advice, Credit advice, Bank statement, withholding Tax Certificate, ...Update exchange rate daily.Coordinate with internal audit.Coordinate with Controlling team to build Debit note.Assist in all accounting system and verify documents and invoices with system data.Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.More details will be discussed in the interview.

QualificationsEntitled as full-time student major in Accounting / Finance / Auditing during internship period.No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage.Eloquent in English and Vietnamese.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Have good soft skills: communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills, teamwork.Eyes for details and ability to work under pressure.Dynamic, enthusiastic, high sense of responsibility, integrity with "can-do" attitude.Ability to work in multicultural teams.Have commitment to the accounting profession.Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday)Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
