Job DescriptionAttendance of know-how sessions.Familiarization with the legal organization, policies and central directives of Bosch in SEA.Perform legal researches in all aspect of Vietnam laws (corporate, business activities, commercial, investment, cybersecurity and data protection, real estates, IP, etc.).Support in drafting and vetting internal guidelines and standards.Support in drafting internal legal circulars, proposals for management approval.Coordination with external service providers including translators and corporate secretarial service providers.Assist in creation of internal checklists, management of legal database of contracts, entity constitutional documents, clause library, etc.

QualificationsFinal year from university majoring in Law, entitled as full-time student during the 6-month internship.Working experience in foreign companies or prestigious law firms is preferable. Eloquent English (writing and speaking) and Vietnamese.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.Have strong academic record.Have outstanding interpersonal skills with proven ability to resolve problems in a professional manner.High level of attention to detail and accuracy.Discipline and ability to work effectively and independently or as part of a team.Ability to identify good practices and areas for improvement in team performance.Open-minded, curious about business.Working hour: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Mon- Fri).Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university.
