Job DescriptionVerify/factual check logistics cost base on shipping document: Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, Delivery Note.Checking and modifying Billing template from Logistic Service Provide (LSP) to follow BOSCH standard template.Upload billing template in system Cargo 2.5 timely.Detective control for payment of all entities for logistic clearance cost.Tracking delivery schedule for ongoing shipments.Prepare monthly reports per supervisor’s request.Any other task assigned by the direct superior from time to time.

QualificationsPreferable student in last semester in university related to Logistic, International Trade, Supply Chain, Customs Clearance.Good English communication skills. Japanese speaking is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.Good at Data Analysis is an advantage.Proactive, hardworking, and independent.Can-do attitude, urge in learning and development.Students with dynamic experience in school/social activities.Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
