Job Description

Support on Import activity for Business Divisions under supervision

Receive shipping docs: commercial invoice, Packing List, P/O, C/O, B/L & some related documents from Forwarder and Global Business (GBs)Check the accuracy, validity, and unification of documentsReceive Arrival Notice and Freight Invoice from Forwarder, send to customs broker for E-customs declarationPrepare, submit to sign, stamp document and return to customs brokerReceive Delivery Notice from customs broker, send documents to Warehouse for Goods Receipt processing Input data into ReportTransfer documents to Accountant Dept (CTG) and file documents into FolderMake Payment Requisition for customs broker / forwarderInput data of payment record

QualificationsEntitled as full-time student during 6-month internship periodHave knowledge of import-export business, logisticsNo professional experiences required but experienced trainee in logistics job is a big advantageEloquent in English and VietnameseProficient in MS OfficePersonal skills, time management skills, task management skillsCan-do attitude, urge in learning & developmentGood communication skillsGood presentation skillsEyes for details and good organization skillsHigh sense of disciplinary and confidentialityCandidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university
