Job DescriptionCreate sales orders on SAP system, liaise with logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.Processing all sales-related paperwork, sales reports as requested by the supervisor.Other tasks as requested by the supervisor.

QualificationsEntitled as full-time student in Business Administration and other related fields during 6-month internship period.No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school/ social activities will have a big advantage.Eloquent in English and Vietnamese.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).Highly organized and able to multitask, proactive “can do attitude”Communicate effectively with a high attention to details.Good presentation skills and good in numerical analysis.High sense of discipline and confidentiality.Ability to work in multicultural teams.Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).Candidates must provide an official recommendation/introduction letter with stamp from their university.
