Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Operations Staff to support daily activities related to property transactions. This role includes managing documentation, maintaining accurate unit data, handling client communication, and ensuring all listings and processes run smoothly from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Manage and ensure the completeness of all required property documents Monitor, maintain, and update the unit database regularly Oversee and ensure accuracy of property listings across multiple platforms Respond to client inquiries and maintain professional communication via chat or other channels Conduct negotiations with prospective clients when needed Assist in collecting and organizing documents for property transactions Coordinate with unit owners and schedule meetings with all necessary parties
