BGSV – Bosch Global Software Technologies Company Limited (Previous name: RBVH - Robert Bosch Engineering and Business Solutions Vietnam Company Limited) is 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH.

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.

The Test Manager is responsible for managing System & Software V&V (Verification & Validation) activities in the project

Creates & maintain project-specific V&V strategy, project-specific review concept for all test levels and featuresPrepares V&V planConsolidating the V&V activities at the project levelCoordinating with different domains (System, Software, Hardware) to ensure V&V activities are implemented as per the V&V strategies definedCoordinating with stakeholders w.r.t V&V activities according to the V&V strategyReporting the V&V status to internal and external stakeholdersPreparing Overall V&V Summary (including defect summary)Reviewing V&V related CDQ metrics (project level)Coordinating with System & Software domains to get overall view of the V&V specific competency managementParticipates in all meetings w.r.t project & V&V management

Qualifications

Mandatory

Bachelor / master’s degree, major in electronics or mechatronics or computer science5+ years’ experience in embedded software / system testingExperience in test management as test manager/lead roleExperience in Microcontroller / Micro-processorSelf-discipline, self-motivation and strong teamwork spiritGood communication skills and English both in oral and written

Preferable

Automotive related background or experienceExperience in C / Python programming languagesExperience in automotive bus communication (CAN, LIN, Flexrey) and EthernetKnowledge on FOTA / Boot Loader / SecurityKnowledge on RTOS / Linux / AUTOSARKnowledge on DevOps, CI-CTKnowledge on ISO26262, ASPICEISTQB Foundation or Advanced level
