You will
Managing HR operations for a key business unit in Malaysia.Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.Assist in the execution of annual HR programs and processes, including compensation management, setting Key Performance Indicators (KPI), recognition programs, and talent management.Ensure compliance with local labor law and regulations.Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support organizational change and development.Utilize data and analytics to inform HR decisions and strategies.Track headcount and labor cost budget management to ensure accuracy and accountability to business unit KPIs.You bring
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in HR partner or Generalist capacities.Proven experience in supporting HR initiatives and managing employee relations.Knowledge of Malaysia labor law and regulations.Relevant experience in the IT or technology-related industries.Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.#LPS Additional Locations: * Malaysia * Malaysia
