The Role\: CLIPSPEC SUPPORT SPECIALIST

We are looking for an experienced CLIPSPEC SUPPORT SPECIALIST to help supports different home builders in Australia and assist consultants in creating their electrical plans via Clipspec Tool. Assists consultant and RBM on their request to fulfill customer needs. Overview role\:

·  Named Account Direct Support

·  Software Support (Level 1 & 2 / 5x8)

·  Builder Standards & Procedures Management

·  Builder On-boarding (Pricing / Price File)

·  Clipspec Fee for Service Invoicing Discrepancy Support for RBM’s

 

What will you do? 

·  Provide customers with detailed home plans that meet Australian home electrical safety standards

·  Add customers preferences of convenience and lifestyle to their home electrical plans and offer a wide range of Clipsal products to full-scale home automation while considering their budget

·  Always provide excellent customer service when addressing customer inquiries and requests.

·  Assists consultant and RBM on their request to fulfill customer needs.

o  Support customers and Coordinate with Clipsal consultants across states in creating, managing, and loading their project via CLIPSPEC Software.

o  Job Preparation for different builders across states

o  Maintaining appointment calendar by sending daily appointment reminders to clients via Telstra messaging portal.

o  Assisting Residential Builder Manager with their request via JIRA portal. Creating and loading PLS (Price List) files to ensure that database is up to date. Creation of Composite products and Non-Competing Products.

o  Creating and managing customer accounts and ensuring that their profile is updated.
