The Role\: Order Management Administrator
What will you do?
• This position is accountable for administering all aspects of the order entry process, including interfacing with the customer, both internal and external and order processing.
• Also, develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Interfaces with internal and external customers, including coordinating activities with Schneider functional areas, Fulfillment Coordinators, manufacturing, sales, distribution, and field service.
• Works in the Order Processing functions, which is the initial customer contact for orders submitted to Schneider Electric. Processes purchase order based on customer preferred conditions.
• Accurately and expeditiously handles all customer purchase orders, order inquiries and order modification.
• Analyzes individual solutions and takes appropriate action to ensure customer needs are met and company assets are protected.
• Utilizes and maintains information systems including Oracle, Service Now, MySchneider and the Shared Drive.
• Additional responsibilities include filing and continuous cross-training in all forms of order entry, including EDI transactions.
• Maintain full understanding of Terms and Conditions for Schneider Electric.
