The Role\: Sales Support Specialist

Overview\:

The Sales Support Specialist's role includes helping Schneider's Software business achieve its annual sales goals with End Users, using both direct and indirect channels like the Alliance Partner Program. Their primary responsibility is to ensure accurate and efficient processing of new license quotes and orders in a timely manner. Their attention to detail and ability to collaborate across departments play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process.

 

What will you do?

Quote Management

·  Quote Creation

·  Quote Amendments if necessary

Opportunity Management

·  Editing / Creation of opportunities

·  Sending Quotations

·  Sending Reminder

Customer Case Management

·  Identify customer issue

·  Understand/manage customer needs and expectations

·  Provide timely information to the customer

·  Escalate at appropriate times

·  Provide solutions with different inquiries

·  Providing reinstatement quotations and other special offers like MDN quotation.

 

Order Processing

·  Manual order entry (Software Industry Product)

·  Sales Order Modification and Cancellation

·  Maintenance of the order tracker
