責任
部門の方針、サービス手順、基準を完全に把握し、遵守する。 日常的に優れた水準が維持されていることを確認する。 リネン室、ユニフォーム室、フロア、公共エリア、オフィス、書庫を含むがこれらに限定されない様々なセクションの運営を監視、管理する。 リネン、アメニティ、清掃用品、その他ハウスキーピング用品の在庫管理、発行、使用管理を行う。 スタッフのスケジュールと給与を準備する。 ゲストからの苦情がタイムリーに解決されるようにする。 従業員の出勤簿、制服、客室履歴カードを管理する。 クリーニングに出したリネンやユニフォームの正確な記録を管理する。 雇用、従業員との関係、監督、懲戒処分に関するホテルの哲学を支持し、支持する。 ホテルのサービス水準を維持するため、スタッフの監督、指示、調整、影響、説得を行う。 上司、部下、同僚、宿泊客など、指示を受けたり与えたりするだけでなく、人と接し、仕事をこなし、スタッフや宿泊客の苦情を解決する。 書面、口頭、図解、スケジュールなどで出された様々な指示を解釈し、それに従うこと。 様々な業務をこなし、効率や冷静さを失うことなく、しばしば1つの業務から別の性質の業務に変更する。 作業場の清潔さと安全性を維持すること。
資格 日本語、英語（話し言葉、書き言葉）に堪能であること。 日本でのエンジニアリング・マネジメント経験があること。 最低3ヶ月の監督経験 高級または超高級ホテルのハウスキーピング部門経験者。 高校卒業以上； Rosewood Miyakojima is seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor, responsible for assisting in the overall management of the Housekeeping Department.
Responsibilities:
Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies, service procedures and standards Ensure that standards are maintained at a superior level on a daily basis. Monitor and control operation of various sections including, but not limited to linen room, uniform room, floors, public areas, offices and storerooms. Inventory, issue and control use of linen, amenities, cleaning supplies and other housekeeping supplies. Prepare staff schedules and payroll. Ensure guest complaints are resolved in a timely manner. Maintain employee attendance, uniform and room history cards. Maintain accurate records of linen and uniforms sent to and returned from laundry. Support and uphold hotel philosophy concerning hiring, employee relations, supervision, and disciplinary action. Supervise, direct, coordinate, influence and persuade staff in order to maintain service standards of hotel. Interact with people beyond giving and receiving instructions, particularly interaction with supervisor, subordinates, co-workers, and guests in completing assignments, resolving staff and guest complaints. Interpret and comply with a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagrammatic or schedule form. Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature without loss of efficiency or composure. Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area. Qualification:
Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written). Previous experience in engineering management in Japan is required.  Minimum three months’ supervisory experience Experienced in housekeeping department for a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel. High school diploma;
