Single point of contact to consult on enquiries on information security and data protection topics based on company policies and national lawsCreate Information Security and Data Protection reports for Department Heads to review, and comply with company central directivesImplement regular checks of IT access rightsCreate ISP training/awareness material in order to host and conduct training/awareness sessions for all supported associatesConduct audits regarding Information security and data protection in the supported departmentsWork towards regulation compliance for personal data information use in cooperation with the head of departmentPerform ISP risk analysis and identify mitigation measuresProvide regular up-to-date relevant ISP awareness via mail, Teams, department meetings etc..

Qualifications

Technical

Education: University degree in Law, Computer Science, Business Administration or comparable studies4th University student (can work full-time)Minimum working experience: n.aLanguage: advanced Eng (understanding / spoken); others language (Japanese/German) is a plus
