Job DescriptionCorrespond to Japanese employees' concerns related to Compensation & Benefit (C&B)Input, update and maintain employee database (information of personal, family, employment, working schedule etc.) in HR system of JapanProvide timely and accurate calculation of payroll, allowance and working information for all Japanese employees.Do effective root cause analysis for defects reported by the customer, and have mitigation measures.Communicate with the clients via call, emails for clarifying the process or solution for special cases.Other related duties as assigned.

QualificationsPassionate in HR development, especially in C&BEnglish: intermediateJapanese: N2Strong interpersonal skill, detail oriented mindset, result-oriented mindset.Experience in leader role for a team size > 5 members.Good at Microsoft office, experience in dealing with large scale system such as ERP.
