[Summary]
The Customer Service Executive is responsible for ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service through timely and accurate processing of orders using SAP and RPA, communication and coordination with other functions.
This role represents the first point of customer contact for enquiries related to customer orders and deliveries.
The Customer Service Executive builds and maintains a strong business relationship with the customer by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.
Adheres to environmental policy, procedures, and supports department environmental objectives.
[Responsibilities]
+ Attend to customer inquiries, fulfilling request, resolving problems and complaints via phone, email & call center.
+ Accurately & timely entry of customer orders in SAP in accordance with established business processes and policies.
+ Responsible for the entire order fulfillment process, shipment coordination, local tax creation, revenue tax submission and publish business reports to internal / external Customers.
+ Collaborate closely with other functional department to ensure on time order fulfillment, bring up all Product Complaints accordance to reporting complaint SOP and support quality audits.
+ Ensure all customer service activities including documentation and record keeping are conducted within the framework of the Code of business conduct and applicable laws.
+ Other administrative supports not limited to importation & custom clearance application upon request, finance remittance payment coordination and ad-hoc report request.
+ Manage OVD orders between customer and regional C/S, including Sample order and coordinate shipping schedule.
+ Responsible for credit notes (price adjustment/product return & exchange) and issuing RMA number.
+ Responsible for developing order process & billing process aligning with business strategies.
+ Responsible for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) order fulfillment improvement and reporting.
[Requirements]
+ Bachelors’ degrees or above.
+ 3 to 5 years working experience in customer service, order processing or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) order fulfillment.
+ Customer order process and SAP/ERP knowledge.
+ Good interpersonal skills with proficient in English & Korean.
+ Computer literate with good knowledge of using MS Office, Power BI and dashboard.
+ Detail-oriented, customer-centric, process driven and collaborative.
+ English proficiency.
