Job Summary:

Customer Service Representative is responsible to handle customer pick up calls, Tracking, Tracing inquiries, Import and Export inquiries, with objective to provide quality telephone customer service.

Customer Service Representative is also responsible to follow up customer's inquires for offering quick and accurate resolution

Responsibilities:

Handle customer pick up calls, tracking, tracing inquiries, Import and Export inquiries, with objective to provide quality telephone customer service.Provide support on service guarantees, price quotation, service/product information , export shipments exceptionFollow up customer's inquires for offering quick and accurate resolution.Handling customer complaints in professional mannerResponds to customer queries to ensure timely manner to support customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Minimum college or University Diploma/Degree or related disciplineGood command of EnglishCustomer FocusComputer Literate Excellent communication skills Positive and able to work well in a team with excellent interpersonal skill Ability to demonstrate initiative and determination in a professional mannerConfident, trustworthy, customer-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment

Working Hours:

40 hours a week (Mon to Fri 09:00-18:00 / Break 12:00-13:00)

Location: 94-3, Mullae-Ro, Youngdeungpo-Gu, Seoul
