The resort will feature 339 spacious guest rooms, an eclectic private art collection, six food and beverage outlets, a fitness center, spa & salon, ocean-front pool with tiki bar and fire pits, beach club, and over 22,000 square feet of event space, including a unique oceanfront terrace. 

Responsibilities

What You Will Be Doing:

 

Warm Welcome: Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and excited about their visit.Seating Coordination: Manage reservations and seating plans to optimize table turnover while accommodating guest preferences.Guest Communication: Answer phones, take reservations, and address guest inquiries.Waitlist Management: Efficiently manage the waitlist during busy periods and provide accurate wait-time estimates.Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure smooth operations.Ambiance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and waiting areas Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

 

Previous experience as a host or in customer service is preferred.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.A warm and welcoming personality with a passion for hospitality.Proficiency in reservation systems is a plus.
