As a Prep Cook at ¡VIVA!, by Ray Garcia, you will play a vital role in ensuring our kitchen operates smoothly. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, assisting with food production, and maintaining an organized and clean kitchen environment. ResponsibilitiesWhat you will be doing:
Preparing and assembling ingredients for various dishes according to recipes and specificationsEnsuring the kitchen area is organized and clean, following health and safety regulationsAssisting chefs with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredientsMonitoring the quality of ingredients and notifying the team of any potential issuesEnsuring all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly at the end of each shiftMaintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the prep area QualificationsWhat we are looking for:
