Additional Job Description

Required skills:

Call center experience - working in a queue.

Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing with strong customer service orientation. (English/Spanish).

Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail.

Ability to understand the firm’s personal independence policy, regulatory compliance, etc.

Ticketing system experience is a plus.

Knowledge of US and MX financial products is a plus.

Availability to work according to US schedule (EST time zone, local bank holidays).

Responsibilities:

Answering calls, emails and chats from PwC partners, employees, contractors and candidates to provide them guidance and assistance in regards to Ethics and Compliance and related topics. In particular areas such as personal independence, regulatory compliance and other topical areas covered by knowledge base documents and internal systems (investments portfolio, automated investment recording system, learning and development, CPA licensing, CPE compliance), both in English (US) and Spanish (MX).
