Обязанности: Working in partnership with project prime movers & cross-functional teams the role is accountable for delivering world class commercial project management from idea through to final execution & post audit review, delivering creative business solutions on time and on budget. Leads innovation and commercial change project management from idea to final execution (project teams; timeline; cost of change control; cross-functional management; risk control & trade-offs) to deliver Category AOP target on NR from innovation and ensures projects flawless execution and compliance to Commercialization project management standards. Acts as a projects management champion for team to foster Stage Gate process implementation and best-in-class project management standards. Ensures projects met commercialization KPIs (FBB, HR per SKU, STM, etc) Leads and executes projects reporting (execution tracking & support in Ready-Steady-Go, Inno tracker, Gate dockets) to ensure key projects transparency for the Company top-management and proactively manages projects’ issues and risks. Ensures processes & documentation compliance while tracking and reporting innovation executional risk. Supports Opex/ Capex projects execution for innovations & CC. Ensures commercial calendar visibility for cross-functional partners. Supports Commercialization Capability agenda via contributing into development & leading roll-out of new tools / standards / processes for Category Leads additional workstreams, supporting both BU & Sectoral agenda Требования: • Higher education • Experience in project management and/or operational function (preferably SC) (3+ years) • Strong leadership and communication/ collaboration skills • Ability to drive changes within a fast-paced cross-functional organization • High level of business acumen: must be commercially savvy & financially astute (knows P&L, how Dairy business operates, market structure) • Good understanding of how Stage gate process • English – Upper-intermediate level • Due to the role's X-functional nature and ambiguous, fast-paced nature a good level of organizational savvy is required for this role.
