Обязанности: Execution of monitoring activities in the process of ensuring compliance with Operating Principles for Russia: Support ERM (Enterprise Risk Management) agenda for the BU in adhering to a key reputational risk mitigation strategy, contribute to ensuring BU's operations compliance with the public statement of PepsiCo CEO Perform specific control procedures to achieve reasonable assurance that BU is compliant with the Operating Principles Participate in scoping of monitoring procedures based on risk-oriented approach to check the compliance of the company’s internal processes considering all possible areas of activities that fall under Operating Principles restrictions, such as marketing, trade marketing, E-comm, pricing strategy execution, sales execution, AFH, external communications, including charity and participation in associations. Participate in in scoping of monitoring procedures based on risk-oriented approach to check the compliance with Operating Principles based on external information in the market, including instore and outdoor channels, media, Internet. Execute monitoring engagements according to the approved scoping in a timely manner to support Reporting team in submitting financial results Provide support in remediation plans development based on identified deficiencies, including action plan to remediate Corporate Audit findings; if required, testing of implemented actions and follow up on deficiencies identified; project status reporting to stakeholders Monitor status of remediation plans Monitoring of the departments activities that may relate to operational principles (e. g. ordering and performing services) Support preparation of training materials for educational sessions on Operating Principles for employees Support formalized documentation in ensuring compliance with Operating principles process Present monitoring results (prepare reports) with sufficient justification for conclusions to be made Keep sufficient and accurate evidence of monitoring activities in accordance with Global Controls Standards (GCS) and Corporate Audit requirements Ensure formalized documentation and maintain an up-to-date library of all decisions related the Operating Principles Ensure formalized documentation of employee trainings evidence regarding Operating Principles Perform periodic audit of access rights to the documents related to Operating Principles Collaborate with external/internal stakeholders on issues related to ensuring compliance with the Operating Principles Provide documents and information upon auditors’ requests on a timely manner in a format agreed with management Actively support colleagues in compliance with Operating principles in Russia Требования: Higher education / degree in Marketing / Finance Experience in Audit / Internal Controls / Insights / Marketing is a plus Good knowledge and understanding of PepsiCo’s business processes and operating model, and control environment Understanding of Global Control Standard and Enterprise Risk Management Framework Understanding of risk-oriented approach · Strong communication skills and experience in interacting with various functions representatives Attention to detail, excellent analytical, critical thinking skills English Intermediate +
