As a Capacity Portfolio Representative, you’ll blend inside sales, account management, and operations to grow and manage a portfolio of carriers. Your mission will be to deliver exceptional service by collaborating with trucking company owners, dispatchers, and drivers, ensuring the right truck is matched with the right shipment at the perfect time and price.
If you’re driven by creating connections, solving challenges, and exceeding customer expectations, this role is for you. You’ll sharpen your sales skills and move fast to meet customers' supply chain challenges and business needs. The relationships you develop with carriers will fuel their success—and your own!

Analyze freight market trends, seasonality, and supply-demand factors to make informed pricing decisionsUse capacity analysis and internal costing tools to guide your buying and negotiating strategiesProactively post, negotiate, and secure available capacity to meet customer needsDeliver Exceptional Customer Service
Provide outstanding service by addressing carrier issues promptly and implementing effective solutionsRegularly review and act on carrier feedback to improve serviceIdentify and recommend the best payment solutions for each carrier based on their needsAssist carriers with cash advances and resolve payable issues to ensure smooth operationsExecute Process Efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams on shipment updates, problem resolution, and operational executionMaintain accurate transit load visibility and reinforce on-time pickup and delivery expectationsIdentify root causes of issues and implement solutions to enhance performanceYou’re a great fit if you have:
