A Driver with Hilton Hotels and Resorts maintains frequent contact with Guests by welcoming them on arrival, assist in departures, oversee deliver and safe keeping of luggage, and provide driving services for all Guests as required.

What will I be doing?

As a Driver, you are key connection between Guests and the hotel. A Driver is responsible for transporting Guests, visitors, Team Members, and cargo to and from the hotel premises. Specifically, the Driver will perform the following tasks at the highest level of service

\n\nWelcome guests on arrival and assist them during their stay\nTransport to or from the hotel in a safe and professional manner\nMaintain frequent contact with regular Guests and visitors\nOversee delivery and safe keeping of luggage to and from the vehicle\nKeep up to date on all hotel services as well as VIP Guests and special events\nDemonstrate current and accurate knowledge on external locations, attractions, and landmarks in the vicinity\nProvide support to the Concierge in cases of emergency\nProject a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and Guest service\nEnsure compliance with Company brand standards\nProvide driving services to Guests as required\nEnsure the cleanliness and safety of all hotel vehicles\n\n

What are we looking for?

A Driver serving Hilton Worldwide Brand hotels and vacations are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

\n\nA minimum of 2 years of previous experience working as a driver\nA valid drivers license with no outstanding driving restrictions or infringements\nMeticulous personal presentation and strong communication skills\nEnergy and enthusiasm with an eye for detail\nCalm, courteous, and discreet demeanor\nA passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service\nA good knowledge of the local area, preferred\n\n
