【2WP】 Manager for global marketing and communication team of Two-Wheeler and Powersports

Job Description

Leading the international communication team:
• Local Head Quarter with team (2 members plus interns) in Japan
• Regional communication experts in ASEAN, China, Europe, India, North America, Latin America

Concept development and management of external communication:
• Develop and lead the execution of a global Two-wheeler and Powersports communication plan in alignment with 2WP management, corporate counterparts, product management
• Coordination of global events for and with customers (co-marketing) and other external stakeholders incl. fairs, conferences, tech shows, riding events
• Steering of global political consulting activities
• Steering of media creation and agencies to realize target group-oriented materials

Concept development and management of 2WP and Bosch internal communication:
• Lead the internal strategy communication towards stakeholders and associates in 2WP as well as Bosch Mobility and Bosch Group
• Create and implement global communication strategy for internal communication, including identification and management of targets and channels
• Develop concepts and approaches for holistic strategy communication of 2WP as part of Bosch in exchange with central stakeholders

Tasks include:
• Global budget ownership and planning for all communication activities

• Experience in marketing and communication
• Intercultural competence and eagerness to work with a global team
• Communicative, self-organized & pro-active working style
• Willingness to create and drive innovative communication ideas
• Entrepreneurial and strategical thinking
• Ability to work cross-functional & cross-hierarchical up to executive management level
• Flexibility to jump between operational and management tasks
• English language skills on business level (writing and speaking)
