The Role

PwDメンバーの定着支援と業務サポート
・障がい者社員が担当している業務の管理マネージメント
・業務遂行における進捗・品質管理のサポートや業務等の相談相手
・依頼された業務と障がい者社員のマッチング
・支援機関との連携
※現在障がい者メンバーは、下記の業務に従事しています。
・Excelでオートフィルタやピボットテーブルの集計機能を使った資料作成
・Word差込印刷を使った書類の作成
・PowerPointでの資料作成
・Outlookを使った会議招集通知の発信、日程変更、参加者変更対応
・入社・退職情報をもとにした、Outlookの配布グループメンテナンス/Teamsのアクセス権管理
・Teamsでの全社ミーティング、定例発表会の準備・実施サポート
・Formsを使用したアンケート作成
・SharePointを使った社内ホームページのメンテナンス
・受領した請求書の処理サポート
・利用するクラウド環境のアカウント作成
・専用Printerを利用した、専用シールの作成 他
Who You Are
・Outlook、Word、Excel、PPTでの基本的PCスキル
・TeamsをはじめとしたITコミュニケーションツールに抵抗がない方
