【PM】Product Planning -- Personal Style
Job Responsibility

1. Product Roadmap and Portfolio Development
· Develop a product roadmap and portfolio focused on apparel, bags, accessories, and personal style items, blending aesthetics with functionality to meet market demand.
· Define product positioning, revenue, and cost targets in line with the company strategy, ensuring alignment with brand values and current market trends.

2. Market Trends and Consumer Insights
· Research market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor products, translating insights into innovative product concepts that are both stylish and commercially viable.
· Integrate new design elements, materials, and color trends to enhance product lines, creating a unique and appealing consumer experience.

3. IP Collaboration and Brand Partnership Project Management
· Lead development projects with popular IPs and established brands, planning and executing co-branded product designs to enhance brand recognition and competitive advantage.
· Collaborate with IP partners to manage the end-to-end development process, ensuring smooth transition from concept to market and achieving mutual success in brand goals.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Supplier Management
· Work closely with internal teams (design, marketing, sales, R&D) and external partners to drive the development of fashion products from design through production.
· Identify, select, and manage relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, ensuring products meet brand standards, quality expectations, and timelines.

5. Project P&L Management
· Own the profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for assigned projects, ensuring financial targets are met, including cost control, margin management, and revenue objectives.
· Conduct regular financial reviews, proactively identifying and addressing factors impacting costs and profitability to meet company goals.

6. Quality Assurance and Aesthetic Standards
· Oversee quality control and aesthetic standards throughout the production process, ensuring final products meet brand and market standards.
· Conduct sample testing and quality assurance to confirm product appearance, texture, and durability are in line with high-quality expectations.

7. Product Education and Internal Support
· Develop educational and training materials for internal teams and retail partners, improving product knowledge to support successful product launches and sales efforts.

· 制定符合品牌風格的產品路線圖及產品組合,涵蓋服飾、包袋、配件及個人風格產品,結合設計美感與實用性以滿足市場需求。
· 根據市場需求及公司策略,明確產品定位、目標營收與成本,確保產品符合品牌價值並迎合市場趨勢。

2. 市場趨勢與消費者洞察
· 進行市場趨勢、消費者偏好及競爭對手分析,提供創新設計建議,使產品設計符合最新潮流且具吸引力。
· 探索並應用新興的設計元素、材料及色彩,將其導入服飾和配件產品開發中,以提升消費者的個性化體驗。

3. 聯名與品牌合作專案管理
· 主導與知名IP或品牌的合作項目,策劃並執行聯名產品的設計開發,提升品牌的知名度與競爭力。
· 與IP合作夥伴密切協作,管理從概念到上市的全流程,確保聯名服飾及配件產品的成功推出,並實現品牌間的雙贏。

4. 跨部門協作、供應商甄選與管理
· 與內部設計、行銷、業務及研發團隊合作,推動服飾、包袋及配件產品從設計到生產的全流程。
· 負責挑選並管理合適的供應商和製造商,確保產品符合品牌的設計標準和時間表要求。

5. 專案P&L管理
· 負責所屬專案的損益表(P&L)管理,確保專案的財務表現達到預期,包括成本控制、毛利管理和收入目標。
· 定期審視專案的財務績效,主動識別並解決可能影響成本和收益的問題,確保達成公司預期的財務目標。

6. 品質控制與美學標準
· 監督產品生產過程中的品質和美學標準,確保服飾和配件產品的最終成品符合品牌要求及市場期望。
· 進行產品樣品測試及品質驗證,確保產品外觀、質感及耐用性達到公司高標準。

7. 產品教育與內部支援
· 為內部團隊及銷售夥伴提供設計理念、IP合作背景等教育與培訓資料,增強產品知識並支援市場推廣。

Requirements

Preferred:
· Background in the fashion, apparel, or lifestyle accessories industry.
· Experience with trending IP partnerships, co-branded product development, or multi-brand collaborations.
· Proficiency in materials and color selection with an eye for detail and aesthetics.

· 時尚、服飾、生活配件或文創設計產業背景。
· 具備潮流IP合作、品牌聯名設計或跨品牌合作經驗。
· 熟悉材料選擇及色彩搭配,對產品細節及美學有嚴格要求。
