As a Facility Systems Shift Engineer, you will have a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless operation of our brand new facility systems in Taiwan. Work Schedule: 4-3 Shift

Responsibilities:

Monitor facility system operations to ensure their effectiveness and efficiency.Perform routine maintenance inspections of facility systems to maintain operating standards.Handle operational anomalies in facility systems according to standard operating procedures.Engage in multi-functional collaboration to identify and implement effective solutions to complex issues.Tasks:Complete Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that scheduled maintenance frequencies, items, and procedures are strictly followed to maintain operational excellence.Complete Equipment Operation: Operate and monitor systems, report anomalies, conduct routine inspections, and follow procedures for abnormal situations to ensure flawless performance.Complete SCADA and SPC Anomaly Handling Procedures: Address and resolve any issues identified through these systems.Support Plant Activities: Engage in required activities to support plant operations and expansion projects.Follow Prescribed Plans: Implement plans diligently and ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standards.Cross-Plant Exchange: Share and implement standard methodologies across different plant locations to improve overall performance.Skills Required:Proficient in Office document system operations.Skilled in analysis and providing executable planning report suggestions.Proven ability to deliver results effectively.TOEIC score of 500 or above.Ability to complete tasks independently with minimal direction.Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.Qualifications:University degree or equivalent experience, preferably in science and engineering.Ability to work regular shifts, including day and night rotations.Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.Ability to handle on-site emergencies promptly and effectively.Experience in the operation of facility system equipment.
