クライアント先(神谷町)での総務・庶務のお仕事をお任せします。

アシスタントファシリティマネージャーとして以下の業務が円滑に行われているかを推進いただきます。 フットワーク軽く、オーナーシップを持って行動できる方を求めています。 

● 本ポジションに求められること

・契約されたサービスレベルと性能指標の達成、施設が効率的に維持されていることの確保契約された顧客満足度期待値の達成施設の正確な記録の維持(メンテナンスログ、点検報告書、サービス契約を含む)クライアントと合意したコストセービング施策の達成施設チームの他のメンバーとの協力、必要に応じた支援の提供。前向きで協力的な職場環境の醸成RAD/マネージャー/財務チームに月次の管理情報レポートの提供施設内の持続可能性イニシアチブ(エネルギー効率、廃棄物削減、リサイクルプログラムなど)の推進とサポート施設運営とプロセスの改善領域の特定。効率性向上、コスト削減、顧客満足度向上のためのイニシアチブの提案と実施クライアントから合意された全ての持続可能性/DEI(多様性・公平性・包括性)イニシアチブのサポート


● ​報告関連タスク

MIS(経営情報システム)レポートの作成支援日次/週次/月次レポートの作成月次経営報告書、四半期レビュー、およびその他CLIENTや経営陣に必要に応じて提出する報告書の作成支援施設マネージャーのサポート:プロセス実施、標準化、ベンチマーキング、およびKPIの一つとして考慮される全ての運用コスト削減イニシアチブの達成 
 

● 具体的なタスク

ゲスト管理パントリーステーション管理在庫管理 事務用品の注文と在庫管理必要に応じて修理手配 イベントの準備 ・サポート緊急キットの管理 

などの庶務・総務的なお仕事を一手に担っていただきます。 

● MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 

Achievement of contracted service levels and performance indicators ensuring that Facility is maintained efficiently Achievement of contracted customer satisfaction expectations. Maintain accurate facility records, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and service agreements.Achievement of savings initiatives as agreed with CLIENT.Achievement of Performance Goals as agreed with the manager.Collaborate with other members of the facilities team, providing support and assistance as needed. Foster a positive and cooperative work environment.Provide the management information report on a monthly basis to RAD/Manager/Finance Team.Promote and support sustainability initiatives within the facility, such as energy efficiency, waste reduction, and recycling programs.Identify areas for improvement in facility operations and processes. Propose and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.Support all sustainability / DEI initiatives agreed from the client.
 

● REPORTING

Assist in compilation of all MIS reports.Prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly Reports.Contribute to the monthly management report and quarterly review and other reports to CLIENT/ Management as & when required  Support the Manager Facilities, on process implementation, standardization and benchmarking and achieving all operational cost saving initiatives considering as one of the KPI's
