[Key Tasks & Responsibilities]

総務、施設管理関連業務

・チケットシステムを利用したヘルプデスク業務

・社員からの各種リクエスト対応

・備品補充管理業務

・セキュリティーカードの発行・抹消・保管管理

・オフィス内外の植栽管理ならびに業者対応

・オフィス清掃の管理ならびに業者対応

・各種データの収集、報告、入力

・各種業務、施設の改善提案

・サイトインスペクションの実施ならびに不具合への対応

・社内イベントへの企画運営と実施

経理

・予算管理、PO 発行、請求書処理、月次報告データ作成

ベンダー管理

・各種担当業者のサポート、管理(予算策定、業務調整、状況報告)

契約管理業務

・契約書作成と更新に関わる業務、契約書に付随する書類の作成と管理等

 

Site Operations Management

Helpdesk operations using the ticket system

Respond to various requests from users

Equipment replenishment management work

Support security team to maintain the badge access control.

Plant management

Janitorial management

Consolidate information & generate reports, communications & documents as required by management.

Assist in the implementation of Industry Best Practice operations

Conduct site inspections and reporting problems

Plan, support and participate to Facilities organized events

 

Finance Management

Assist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner

Ensure prompt and accurate management of Budget/Purchase orders/Invoices

 

Vendor Management

Assist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors’ works)

Assist in the procurement of vendors and services as required

 

Contract management

-Work related to contract preparation and renewal, preparation and management of documents associated with contracts, etc.

[Knowledge And Skills Required]

- Excel, Word, Power Point経験必須

- Google Workspace(Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slide等)利用経験あれば望ましい

- ビジネスレベルの英語/日本語必須(目安としてTOEIC650点以上)

[Knowledge And Skills Required]

Experience of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Recommendation of the knowledge and experience of G Suite (Gmail, documents, spreadsheets, slides etc)

Business level of English and Japanese (TOEIC 650 points or more as a guide)
