Team Structure:4 JLL (Governance Manager Hard Service Supervisor / Soft Service Supervisor / Data Analysis &Soft Service Operator )+ 2 vendor (Mailroom staff)

Below is scope of service for Data Analysis & Service Operator
issuing tickets closing tickets of Archibus.Extracting data, creating graphs based on Archibus data, etc.Sending out announcement & corresponding with building management company and vendors (submitting work report, vehicle information and others)Data tracking and create action plan for service improvement, efficiency.Supervising work (mainly in weekday)Managing office supplies, water server & drinks and MFDsSupport for facilities management in office, office inspections, etc.Other overall general affairs duties.担当業務詳細
アーキバスシステムでチケットの発行&チケット終了業務。データの抽出・データを基にグラフ作成などメール対応(受領、連絡、引渡し)案内送付&各種ベンダー管理、対応(ベンダー入館証貸出、エスコート、納品確認、納品書の受領)データトラッキングとサービス改善、効率化のためのアクションプラン作成作業立会(主に平日日中)ビル管理対応(業者の作業届の転送、管球切れ、空調調整、清掃依頼をビル防災センターへ連絡)オフィス内の設備管理、オフィスインスペクションなどのサポートその他、総務庶務業務Key Skills
Highly skilled in Excel functions in data analysis, visualization, and management.Communication skill to establish trust relationship with team, vendor, stakeholder, Landlord, etc.Effective Communicator and Team PlayerHas a customer-oriented attitude; flexible, listen, proactive, eager to learn.Self-learning & Quick- learn to adapt changes.Required Skills
OA Skills Microsoft office ( Outlook, Word, Excel- (SUM and AVERAGE functions, four arithmetic operations / Creating and editing graphs / Pivot tables / VLOOKUP functions / IF Functions) PowerPoint, Other tools(Teams, Zoom, etc.)Documentation (PPT)Over 2 years’ experience in Facilities management or general affairsBusiness level English (There are non-Japanese Employees in the office so daily communication by both verbal & written English is required)Track numbers accurately, perform task by monthly cut-off date.Demonstrates proactive & professional approach to customer service.Location:
