We are seeking a talented individual to join our JAMI JCC Contact Center. This role will be based in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka, Japan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

日本生命とマーシュジャパンの共同出資会社であるジャパン・アフィニティ・マーケティング株式会社のオペレーションセンターです。顧客企業の保険制度の運営、代理店業務（生命保険・損害保険）、年金・財形事務、口座振替業務にかかわる事務処理を担当しています。

生命保険・損害保険代理店業務に関連する事務/団体保険制度等の事務代行業務

新規・解約・異動の手続き契約企業への保険料案内保険会社への確認等契約企業とその従業員からの問い合わせ対応（電話・メール）

チーム管理

チームメンバーの勤怠管理、教育・研修生産性向上と品質向上を目指した業務の設計・運営・管理新規契約における業務請負など、業務構築をするための顧客企業との業務内容確認や調整

What you need to have：

求める経験値やスキル

社会人経験5年以上基本的なPC操作（Excel、Word、キーボード入力、インターネット等）豊富な事務処理経験事務部門でのチームマネジメント経験保険事務経験があれば尚可
