【業務内容】 

主に以下の業務を、プロジェクトベースで実施して頂きます。 

以下の4種類の業務のうち1つまたは複数において、担当業務と役割は、担当者の能力、経験に基づき決定します。 

1．ESG戦略策定・ESG開示基準・気候変動リスクアセスメントに対するアドバイザリー業務／Advisory services for ESG strategy development, ESG disclosure and climate risk assessment

TCFD・SFDR・TNFD・SBTi・ISSBなど、常に変動する開示基準の要件をタイムリーに取得し、整理していただきます。 

クライアントが検討する企業のESG対応の方針について理解し、必要とされる業務内容を構築し、社内外のリソースを手配してチームを形成し、プロジェクト化していただきます。 

プロジェクト化した業務をスタッフとともに推進し、クライアントの戦略策定のための成果物を作成・説明・納品していただきます。 

2．テクニカルビルディングアセスメントの実施 ／Technical building assessment services (Net zero carbon audit & Energy audit)

ビルのエネルギー、水、廃棄物などの管理状況の調査をして頂きます。 

アセスメントのために必要な情報の収集とまとめをして頂きます。 

現地調査を実施し、管理状況、設備の設置状況の確認して頂きます。 

情報に基づき分析を行い、効率化対策の提案と報告書の作成を行って頂きます。

新築開発プロジェクトの場合は、設計・施工フェーズそれぞれにおいて、施主の目線にて設計者・施工者から提案される仕様が施主の望む省エネ性能に合致しているかの確認を行い、アドバイスを行います。

3．サステナビリティデータ管理業務 ／Sustainability data management services

省エネ法、GRESB（Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark）などの、サステナビリティデータ（エネルギー、水、廃棄物）の管理業務を担当して頂きます。 

クライアント、PM、BMなどの関係者からの証憑（請求書など）収集の管理と定型書式、ツールへの入力状況の管理を行って頂きます。 

データの分析を行い報告書を作成し、クライアントへ報告を行って頂きます。  

4．グリーンビル認証取得支援業務／Green building certification consulting services

グリーンビル認証取得希望のクライアントに対してLEED・WELL・fitwel・CASBEEなどの技術的アドバイス・コンサルティングの業務を行っていただきます。

既存建物の運用・新築建物・テナント入居など、様々なプロジェクトに対して、クライアント（投資家・建物オーナー・施主など）・プロジェクトマネージャー・設計者・施工者・プロパティマネージャー・ビル運用者 とコミュニケーションをとり、コスト・工程を管理しながら認証取得に必要な技術的な要件の整理・伝達・確認を行っていただきます。

これら業務に対するリスク管理・品質管理などを含めたチーム体制の管理（報告書などの申請図書作成・プレゼン含む）を行っていただきます。

【必要な能力】 

不動産、ファシリティ、建築設備、ビル管理に関する技術的知識 

省エネルギー診断、省エネルギーの実施、省エネ定期報告の実務経験

グリーンビル認証の技術的知識

海外支社との連携

日本語・英語でのコミュニケーション
